Reservation amount: 30% deposit.

In case of cancellation the following expenses will apply:

• - If you cancel your reservation 45 days before your arrival, no amount will be charged (excluding bank charges for the transfer).
• - If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the amount of the reservation and if you do so with less than 8 days you will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
• - In case of no show (no show): total amount of the stay.

Deposit: At check-in, the guest will provide a valid and valid credit / debit card as a guarantee and deposit in case of any damage. The amount of the guarantee is 400.00 euros. On that card no retention or charge will be made until the date of departure and only in the case of damage.
